Christina Green's parents
I read an article on CNN about the parents of the 9 year old girl Christina Green. They have been reaching out to other victims and families in the days after the shooting. This is remarkable to me. They are in pain, yet they want to help other families to know they are not alone in their feelings after this violence. This is what makes a community strong when people show this kind of compassion. I really admire them, yet feel so badly for them to have lost their young daughter. I know it will hurt them for the rest of their lives, but I’m praying for them to find some peace.
